OFF LIFEは、甘いものや小麦・グルテンとの距離を記録するための習慣記録アプリです。 アプリ内で入力した開始日、チェックイン、日々のタグ、ひとことメモ、カレンダー書き出し設定は、ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。

現在のOFF LIFEは、アカウント登録、クラウド同期、広告SDK、解析SDK、第三者へのデータ送信を行いません。 開発者は、アプリ内に保存された記録へアクセスできません。

ユーザーが設定画面でカレンダー連携を有効にした場合のみ、OFF LIFEは端末のカレンダーへ記録を終日イベントとして書き出します。 カレンダー内の既存予定を分析したり、外部へ送信したりすることはありません。

すべての記録は、アプリ内の設定からリセットできます。アプリを削除した場合、端末内に保存されたアプリデータも削除されます。

お子様のプライバシーについて

本アプリは13歳（地域によっては16歳）未満の児童を対象としておらず、意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

OSのバックアップ機能について

端末のiCloudやGoogle Drive等のバックアップ機能が有効な場合、アプリ内の記録はOSの仕組みに従ってバックアップされることがあります。 開発者がそのバックアップデータにアクセスすることはありません。

準拠法について

本ポリシーの解釈および適用は、日本国法に準拠するものとします。 本ポリシーに関する紛争は、法令で別段の定めがある場合を除き、開発者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

OFF LIFE is a habit tracker for recording your relationship with sugar, wheat, and gluten. Start dates, daily check-ins, daily condition tags, short notes, and calendar export settings are stored locally on your device.

The current version of OFF LIFE does not use accounts, cloud sync, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party data sharing. The developer cannot access the records stored inside your app.

If you choose to enable Calendar sync in Settings, OFF LIFE writes your records to your device calendar as all-day events. OFF LIFE does not analyze existing calendar events or send calendar contents outside the app.

You can reset your records from Settings. If you delete the app, the app data stored on your device is deleted as well.

Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13 years old, or under 16 years old in some regions, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

OS Backup

If device backup features such as iCloud or Google Drive backup are enabled, app records may be backed up according to the operating system's backup settings. The developer cannot access that backup data.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the courts with jurisdiction over the developer's location in Japan have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes concerning this policy.
